The estimated delivery timeframe is 8–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, local carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

If you do not receive your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@vibedrop.co.

Shipping Fees

We currently offer free standard shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

VibeDrop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you encounter any issues, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us.
